We deliver on Tuesday evenings and on Saturday after 12pm – orders must be made 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery day. Orders made after this time will be processed on the next scheduled delivery day.
Customers must be available to received their order in person. This is for quality reasons. Leaving our products outside could attract animals or spoil due to weather conditions.
A confirmation email will be sent out to confirm delivery date and an estimated time of delivery.
If a customer is not available to receive their order on their scheduled delivery day, customers may choose an alternative date as long as it falls on a Tuesday evening or Saturday afternoon/evening.
